With my friend Lukas Jalovecky we wanted to create a PC game, and we named our duo as "Sweat Lodge" Our first project was a game called Hollo.
The game was set in an extinct volcano where a tribe had taken refuge long ago due to the heat. They never left and generations passed without seeing the outside world. The only light they had was from the sun shining through a hole in the volcano during the afternoon. The tribe had a problem with albinos and believed they were people of the sun. They would capture and expose them to the sun's rays as sacrifices. The tribe had a shaman who was their wise leader, healing the sick and helping couples with their problems.
One day, the shaman fell into a coma, and his albino son, who had been hidden away, had to secretly take his place. He painted himself and wore his father's mask, pretending to be the shaman so no one would know the real shaman was in a coma and that he was an albino. He carried out the shaman's duties every day, hoping to find a cure to wake his father up.
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to turn this game concept into a reality yet.
